Welcome to SteelPlow Domains (www.steelplow.net and buy.steelplow.net). By using our website, services, or purchasing domain registrations and management services through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

SteelPlow Domains provides domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and management services. SteelPlow Domains is an authorized reseller of OpenSRS, a wholesale domain registration service operated by Tucows Inc. ("Tucows").

2. Incorporation of Tucows & Registry Terms

Because SteelPlow Domains is an OpenSRS Reseller, your domain registration is subject to the rules, terms, and conditions of our upstream registrar, Tucows, as well as the respective top-level domain (TLD) registries (such as Verisign for .com, Nominet for .uk, etc.).

• By registering or managing a domain through SteelPlow Domains, you explicitly agree to the Tucows Master Services Agreement (exhibited at opensrs.com/docs/contracts/exhibita.htm or its current location).

• You agree to comply with all ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) policies, including the Registrant Rights and Responsibilities.

3. Account Security & Contact Information

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete contact information (including administrative, technical, and billing contacts) as required by ICANN. Falsifying contact data is grounds for immediate termination of your domain registration.

• Account Safety: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account at www.steelplow.net.

4. Fees, Payment, and Renewals

• Pricing: All fees for registrations, renewals, and transfers are displayed on our website and are non-refundable once the service is provisioned.

• Expiration Notice: It is your sole responsibility to ensure your domains are renewed before they expire. While SteelPlow Domains and OpenSRS will attempt to send renewal notifications to your registered email address, we are not liable for lapsed domains due to failed delivery or unread emails.

• Automatic Renewal: If you enable auto-renewal, you authorize SteelPlow Domains to charge your saved payment method prior to expiration. If payment fails, the domain may expire.

5. Domain Transfers and Disputes

• Transfers: Domain transfers are governed by ICANN’s Transfer Policy. Domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of initial registration or a previous transfer.

• Disputes: You agree that any dispute regarding the right to a domain name registered through us will be resolved in accordance with ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) or Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) system.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use domains registered through SteelPlow Domains for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Phishing, malware distribution, or botnet command and control.

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or similar international laws.

• Infringing upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties.

SteelPlow Domains and Tucows reserve the right to immediately suspend, lock, or cancel any domain name found to be violating this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEELPLOW DOMAINS, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS UPSTREAM REGISTRAR (TUCOWS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING DOMAIN DELETION, EXPIRATION, OR FAILURE TO REGISTER A DOMAIN NAME.

8. Governing Law and Amendments

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Changes: SteelPlow Domains reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of www.steelplow.net, buy.steelplow.net, or your domain services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
